How To Order

All Balmac products may be purchased directly from us Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 ET. Call 614-873-8222. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.  If needed, ask about same day or next day shipping. Balmac does not sell through regional distributors.

To Place an Order:

1. Call 614-873-8222 and ask for Sales. 

2. Please have your Ship To Address, Contact, Telephone and Payment information ready when placing an order.

3. Have your Credit Card information ready.

4. Products marked with    can be purchased for same or next day shipment using a valid credit card.  Freight FOB our factory.  Shipping by UPS.  Fedex or DHL also available. Freight Prepaid and Added, or collect on your valid account number.  Please have your account information available when you order.

5. Email or Fax Purchase Orders to 614-873-2519. Balmac retains the right to require prepayment for any first time purchase.  Buyers and Purchasing Agents should contact Balmac with your New Vendor requirements.

6. Sales for Export - Orders for Export:  contact our Export Sales Department. Balmac Inc. is not able to ship all products to all geographical areas.  Please contact our export department for details.
